PurpleHere POS handles both customer-facing receipts and business invoicing, giving you complete financial documentation.
Receipt Printing
Print customer receipts through thermal printers using RawBT integration on Android devices, or through standard browser printing on any device. Kitchen tickets can be printed separately for each item or as a combined order ticket — configurable in Printer Settings.
Invoice System
The invoice management system supports multiple billing models. For franchise operations, Brand Managers can bill restaurants using fixed rent, revenue-based rent, or hybrid models. Invoices are auto-generated monthly with configurable payment terms.
Invoice Categories
Invoices are categorized by type: service charges, rental fees, utility bills, and more. Each category can have its own calculation method — fixed amount, percentage of revenue, or custom formula.
Email Notifications
When a subscription is created, PurpleHere automatically sends an invoice email to the Restaurant Admin with complete billing details including invoice number, billing period, subtotal, tax breakdown, and total amount due.
PDF Export
Invoices can be downloaded as PDF documents for record-keeping and tax filing purposes. The PDF format is designed for professional presentation with your company branding.
