PurpleHere POS extends beyond the counter with mobile ordering capabilities and a customer-facing display system.

Multiple Order Types

Support four types of ordering: Dine-in for seated customers, Takeaway for walk-in orders, Pre-order Pickup with scheduled time slots, and Delivery for off-premise orders. Each type has its own workflow and can be enabled or disabled in your restaurant settings.

Customer Display

The Customer Display screen shows the current order queue, organized by preparation status: Preparing, Ready, and Completed. This display can be set up on a tablet or monitor facing your customers, reducing the need for staff to call out order numbers. Updates appear in real-time through WebSocket connections.

QR Code Integration

Generate QR codes for each table in your restaurant. Customers can scan to view your menu or place orders directly. QR codes can be printed in bulk from the Settings page for easy deployment.

Scheduled Pickup

The pickup ordering system lets customers choose 30-minute time slots for collection. The Kitchen Display shows pickup time ranges so kitchen staff can prioritize preparation accordingly.
