Invoice check remembers item names much better

When you match a line on a supplier invoice to one of your items, PurpleHere remembers that name for the next invoice. It now recognises the name even when the scanned line carries a line number or stray characters, and a name that already matched well is no longer overwritten by a messy scan.

Save by total only

If the invoice total does not add up to the line amounts, you can now choose Save by total only. The purchase is saved and paid at the total you entered.

• Line prices are not saved and your ingredient costs are not changed — a misread price never becomes your cost.
• The screen shows a clear note that only the total was matched.
• You can match the lines properly later on the same screen.
