Foodcourt Floor Plan — Visual Store Placement

  • New drag-and-drop Floor Plan editor for foodcourt operators
  • Place tenant stores on a 2D canvas with 4 shape options (rectangle, rounded, circle, triangle)
  • Resize handles, undo/redo, and an Unplaced Stores panel for units not yet positioned
  • One floor plan per branch, auto-created on first visit
  • Read-only viewer shows layout with clickable stores revealing contract and tenant details
  • Standalone full-screen window for focused editing

Branch Unit Numbering — Flexible & Automated

  • Configure unit numbers per branch with a zone-based editor
  • Free-form textarea input — separate with commas or newlines
  • Range notation auto-expands: 01-20 (20 units), A01-A10 (10 units), P-2-01A-05A (5 units)
  • Optional prefix per zone (e.g. L1-, P-2-)
  • Preview before saving — contract-linked units are protected from deletion
  • Saved units appear automatically in Contract dropdowns and Floor Plan Unplaced list

Brand Franchise Map — Geographic Overview

  • Interactive OpenStreetMap view of every restaurant under your brand
  • Pin shape indicates relationship: ★ for franchise, ● for direct-operated
  • Pin size scales with 30-day sales — spot top performers at a glance
  • Pin color reflects restaurant status (active, pending, suspended)
  • Dotted circles around franchise pins show territory radius from exclusivity terms
  • Side panel with restaurant detail, contract summary, and sales on click
  • Multi-brand dropdown sorted by restaurant count
  • Opens in a standalone window for full-screen viewing

Foodcourt Tenancy Map — Branch Occupancy at a Glance

  • Each foodcourt branch pinned on the map with occupancy percentage label
  • Click a branch to see its tenant restaurants with contract status and sales
  • Compare branch performance across cities and regions
  • Auto-geocoded addresses via OpenStreetMap (manual lat/lng override available)

Manager Permission Enforcement

  • Foodcourt Managers with a branch assignment now only see data for that branch (contracts, invoices, units, restaurants)
  • Brand Managers assigned to a specific brand are scoped to that brand
  • Applies across five backend routes for consistent data isolation

Archive Tabs for Contracts and Restaurants

  • Contract list now has Active and Archive tabs — terminated, expired, renewed contracts stay out of the way
  • Restaurant list has Operational and Archive tabs — suspended tenants remain in Operational for payment visibility
  • Stats cards show counts per archive category

Sidebar Navigation

  • New Foodcourt menu items: Tenancy, Branch Map, Floor Plan
  • New Brand menu item: Franchise Map
  • Map and Floor Plan views open in their own window for distraction-free navigation

Plan Coverage

  • All new features included in Brand Basic / Professional / Enterprise and Foodcourt Basic / Professional / Enterprise at no extra cost
