Step-by-step onboarding tour
A new sidebar spotlight tour now starts automatically the first time you sign in. The tour walks you through company info, key sections of the dashboard, and the most important next actions for your role. It is available across all six roles — Restaurant Admin, Brand General, Foodcourt General, Restaurant Owner, System Admin, and Supplier Admin. Use the 'Show me around' button in the page header to replay the tour any time.
Better foodcourt first-use experience
If you are setting up a new food court, the dashboard now shows the right next step in the right order. Branch, floor plan, and tenant pages link cleanly to each other, empty pages explain what to add next with a single click, and the setup checklist now blocks out-of-order steps so you finish prerequisites first.
Unified subscription form
Adding a subscription is now consistent everywhere. Five user types are supported in one place — Restaurant Admin, Brand General, Foodcourt General, Restaurant Owner, and Supplier Admin (newly included). Currency, plan, and billing cycle now recalculate the amount and end date automatically when you change any of them. Subscription Discount (percentage or fixed amount) is now available for every role, not just restaurants. The billing cycle no longer has a default value — you must pick monthly or annual before the summary shows, removing the confusing default amounts.
Refreshed demo data
Demo accounts now show realistic activity: the foodcourt demo has 12 units, 2 active tenants, and 6 contracts at different stages; owner demos have four restaurants with 25 recent orders each; brand demos include categories, products, and recipes. The setup checklist passes on demo accounts so you can see the full UI without doing setup yourself.
