PurpleHere POS v3.32 Update

What's New

Mobile Ordering Pause

A single toggle pauses customer ordering with a custom message. "Back at 6 PM" or any short note appears in place of the menu — no need to flip every order-type toggle individually.

Pickup / Takeaway Prep Time Hints

Set an average prep time and it appears under each order type. Add custom pickup-location and packaging notes for customers. "Ready in ~15 min · pick up at counter" is shown automatically.

Table QR Always Dine-in

Table QRs printed from Floor Plan now force dine-in regardless of order-type toggle state. Customers scanning a table QR can no longer drift into takeaway / delivery flows.

Reservation Menu Always Available

The Reservations sidebar item no longer appears or disappears based on plan modules. Staff can manage bookings at any time, while customer-facing visibility is controlled by the settings toggle alone.

Mobile Order Entry Card

A new card at the top of the Mobile Order settings tab shows your customer-facing URL, a one-click copy button, and a mini QR preview — handy for sharing on social, business cards, or catalogs.

Printer Setup Wizard — Two Scenarios

Choose "Migrating from another POS" or "Fresh install" and follow scenario-specific steps. Skip irrelevant steps when migrating an existing LAN printer. Includes a helpful hint for stores that already have QZ Tray installed for another POS.

Customer Display Phone Toggle

Stores that don't use membership can hide the phone-input panel on the checkout customer display. The order summary expands to full width for a cleaner checkout flow.

Unified Notification Modals

We replaced browser default alerts with branded PurpleHere modals across 24 pages and 70+ messages. Consistent colors, fonts, and buttons — multilingual support applied automatically.

Ingredient / Menu Image Upload Fix

Phone-camera photos (3-7 MB) no longer silently fail to upload. HEIC / HEIF formats now get a clear notice, and images are auto-compressed to 1200×1200 JPEG.

Auto-Reload on New Deployments

Staff browsers detect a new build within roughly four minutes and reload automatically. The auto-reload waits safely while staff are typing, in a modal, or completing payment — no more "press Ctrl+Shift+R" announcements after every deploy.
