Brand Menu Scope — choose which restaurants get each menu

Head office can now decide, per menu, whether it applies to all restaurants or only selected ones.

• Trial a new dish at a flagship/direct store first, and keep it hidden from other branches until you're ready.
• Removing a restaurant from a menu's scope hides it there but preserves the data (price edits and order history are kept) — add it back any time to restore.
• Scope (set by head office) and activation (each restaurant's own on/off) are now clearly separated: a menu shows to customers only when it's both in scope and switched on.
• Set a brand-wide default for new menus (All restaurants / Selected only) to match how your brand operates.
