Staff PIN login: staff sign in on a shared terminal with just a PIN on an on-screen keypad — no email or username. The terminal remembers your store, and repeated wrong PINs are throttled.
Cash drawer management: track opening float, cash in/out, and cash on hand at a glance. Available to counter (POS) staff.
Final settlement in Daily Settlement: at close, the manager checks the card terminal batch, cash and e-wallet apps, then enters the actual amount for each payment method. The system compares it against expected totals and flags any over/short. Confirming the close prints a Z-Report and carries the closing cash to the next day. Past settlements can be reviewed and Z-Reports reprinted.
Reservations linked to the floor plan: assign a table to a reservation, see upcoming reservations marked on the floor plan, and on check-in the table's POS opens automatically with the party size filled in. Paying the order completes the reservation. Double-booking the same table and time is blocked.
Cancel/void reasons: require a reason when cancelling an order or removing an item (off / optional / required), saved to the loss-prevention log.
