PurpleHere POS v3.68 Update

Reports and Subscriptions: Accuracy Overhaul

This release focuses on one thing: every number you see is now the real number from your data.

Reports show real data

  • Manager dashboards and Owner / Foodcourt operation reports now display actual sales, orders and staff counts. Some screens previously showed placeholder figures that changed on every refresh.
  • Deleted orders no longer count towards revenue in manager sales and reports.
  • Foodcourt operators now see orders from their tenant restaurants. Those reports used to come up empty, while other foodcourts' data stays hidden as before.

Subscriptions work end to end

  • Plan changes are now saved. Previously a plan change on the manager subscription screen was lost on refresh.
  • Brand and foodcourt managers who pay for a restaurant's subscription can now change that restaurant's plan. They were previously told to contact the payer, which was themselves.
  • Scheduled downgrades are shown on the card and can be cancelled before they take effect.
  • Plan prices on screen now match what is actually billed, and the plan comparison table reflects the real order, staff and menu limits.
  • Upgrade invoices no longer receive a past due date, which made them overdue the moment they were issued.
  • System Admin can now list restaurants and change, suspend or cancel a subscription for real.

Stability

  • A brief network hiccup no longer signs you out. A single failed request is retried instead of ending the session.
  • Admin screens that always opened empty (System Config, Security, Backup, Foodcourt Management, Tenant Support) have been removed. The same work is done in Site Settings, Payment Settings, Logs, Tenancy contracts and Inquiries.

New: AI food recognition for serving (Enterprise)

  • Menu photo thumbnails on the serving screen, with a tap for options and table details, plus a menu photo gallery.
  • Camera-assisted serving: photograph the plate and match it against orders that are ready to serve. Photos are not stored.
