One-tap printer self-check in Settings > Printer. It checks your devices, printers and settings at once, then shows what's wrong, why, and how to fix it — with one-click recovery buttons (clear stuck tickets, set up kitchen printers) right on the same screen.
Test prints (text and image) let you confirm paper actually comes out, and record whether it did.
Auto-print failure alert: if a kitchen or receipt ticket fails to print automatically, a banner now appears at the top of the screen so your staff notice right away. It retries automatically and tells you what to check if it keeps failing.
Remote Print Health for admins: see printing status across all stores at a glance — unprinted counts, the printing device's last response and app version — so you can understand a store's situation before calling them.
When something can't be checked automatically, it is shown honestly as "needs checking" rather than pretending it works.
